Fisher Fire Final Update
The Fisher Fire transitioned to a Type 4 incident at 6:00 a.m. this morning, down-sizing to local resources as crews begin to demobilize and prepare for other assignments. Yesterday, firefighters patrolled the fire’s perimeter gridding for smokes and hot spots. The fire, held at 175 acres, is currently 75% contained. NAIPTA’s $2.8M Grant Funding Facility Expansion
With the receipt of a $2.8 million grant, NAIPTA has secured all of the necessary funding for a facility expansion project that will accommodate future growth as ridership and demand for transit services in Flagstaff increases.
