The inaugural Dew Downtown Flagstaff event is wrapping up, with San Francisco Street expected to reopen by tomorrow morning. Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Snowbowl
The latest lawsuit aimed at stalling development plans at Arizona Snowbow has been shot down by a federal appeals court. A ruling today says the group Save the Peaks Coalition and private citizens who filed the lawsuite grossly abused the judicial process. Today’s ruling upholds a previous decision by a lower court which said the U.S. Forest Service adequately evaluated the effects of snowmaking using treated wastewater.
