Flagstaff Getting New Transitional Care Facility
Welbrook Senior Living has selected Embree Healthcare Group to develop a new transitional care facility in Flagstaff, Arizona. The facility will allow patients a better short term option for rehabilitative and skilled nursing services after being discharged from local hospitals.
