Warning: You are not the actual transferee/buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person. What Do You Mean the Seller Financed?
Happy Holidays, Flagstaff. Anyone who has been paying close attention to the real estate market in 2022 is a witness to the roller coaster ride buyers and sellers have been on. Flagstaff is still holding on to some pretty big gains from 2020 to early 2022, despite prices currently tapering off. Now, though, buyers have slightly more inventory to choose from and as a result, they have negotiating power, something that was unheard of this time last year. Time will only tell what happens with … [Read more...] about What Do You Mean the Seller Financed?
Tackling Perimenopause
Women have many reproductive stages throughout their lives and each stage brings its own set of challenges. A woman’s menstrual cycle is an indicator of her general health, so maintaining a healthy cycle is part of maintaining not only hormonal health, but also general health. Our jail offers hope and sets people up for a better future through programs and … [Read more...] about Jail Programs are Working
Asking Voters to Decide
Council salaries are on the table for discussion right now. The proposal would increase councilmember salaries from $25,500 to $63,800 in just two years. Mayor pay would increase from $38,500 to $70,180 in the same timeframe. Personally, I believe an increase of this magnitude should not be decided by Flagstaff City Council. In any regular job, you have to go to your boss to ask for a raise. The people are the boss, and I believe that this should go to the voters for a decision. Thankfully, we … [Read more...] about Asking Voters to Decide
