City Settling Lawsuit
The City of Flagstaff has agreed to settle a lawsuit that challenged the City’s use of a State law that prohibited loitering for the purpose of begging. The Police Chief and City Attorney were following State law and not a City specific ordinance. MNA Receiving Two Grants
The Institute of Museum and Library Services is demonstrating its support for the Museum of Northern Arizona by awarding it two grants to strengthen its zoology and photographic collections.
