Be a part of the fun at the Arizona Snowbowl on March 2nd and 3rd, 2013 for the Grand Canyon State Winter Games. Alpine & telemark skiers as well as snowboarders will be competing in a Giant Slalom course on Saturday and on Sunday in a boarder/skier/telemark cross. Traffic Disrupted – Road to Page Closed
US 89 in northern Arizona is closed because a 150-foot section of pavement buckled this morning about 25 miles south of Page, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The cause is not related to weather and may be a geologic event. US 89 is closed northbound at US 89A, which takes traffic west toward Jacob Lake.
