Someburros owner Tim Vasquez and General Manager Johnny Beerling welcomed more than 200 guests during the Flagstaff restaurant’s grand opening day at Aspen Place Saturday, June 8. With the help of Flagstaff Mayor Jerry Nabours and Councilmember Karla Brewster, Someburros opened its doors with a commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Vasquez family owns five Someburros restaurants in the Phoenix area. They attribute their success to their made-from-scratch Mexican food from the family’s original recipes. FBN
