Flagstaff voters have approved Measures 405 and 406. The former opens the door for thinning of the forests around Flagstaff to reduce the likelihood of catastrophic wildfire and subsequent flooding. 406 will allow for bonding to build a facilities maintenance yard in West Flagstaff.
