Waterline Road to Remain Closed to Public Access
With the recent completion of the pipeline and Waterline Road project, members of the public have been asking whether Waterline Road will reopen. For safety reasons, Waterline Road will remain closed to all public access until at least the spring of 2013. Much of the forest surrounding Waterline Road, including the Kachina Peaks Wilderness uphill of the road, was severely damaged by the 2010 Schultz Fire.
